Total weight gain: 2 pounds 12 oz.
Sleep: It's been good, until last night! It was sooo hot!
But not hot enough for us to turn on the cool air.
And we live with a busy street on our backside so it's hard to have windows open.
It was a little rough.

What are you looking forward to this week: I was really looking forward to my appt today for
a couple of reasons. I have been feeling movement for quite some time. And the last couple of weeks I
am getting some bigger movements. But the last few days have been quiet.
That makes me extremely nervous!
Then today we go to the dr and the nurse can't find the baby's heartbeat... Panic starts to set in, right?
So they take us in to do an ultrasound and we hear the heartbeat and see that out little
Peanut is doing great! They are all curled up in a very uncomfortable looking position but moving all
over. It really made me feel good!
Also I am always looking forward to seeing my weight. I've only gained 2.12 pounds which makes me happy that so far I don't have a lot of "baby weight" to lose to get back to where I started,
but it makes me a little sad to know that I had ample amounts of extras already hanging around to keep baby going! lol! I definitely have my work cut out for me once this baby is here, whether I gain a lot more or not!

So sweet! You are almost at the half-way mark :)
ReplyDeleteawww congrats. I never had the guts to be on team green. Even when we decided to wait to find out, the ultrasound tech did a quick pass by the area looking for a leg measurement and it was REALLY obvious. LOL
ReplyDeleteYes! Almost half way! That's an exciting milestone! :) Micki- Our ultrasound is in 2 weeks and I will be doing everything I can to NOT have any slip ups! :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats! Yay for September babies! :-)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! You look fantastic!
ReplyDeleteYou really are cute, and I hope you really haven't gained 212 pounds, LOL!
ReplyDeleteThanks Stefanie. I haven't gained 212 pounds! That would be pretty awful! I have gained 2.12 pounds though! It's hard to see that decimal in there.... Maybe I will change that! :)
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are doing so well and that peanut is doing great!
ReplyDeleteYou look great! 2.12 lbs is like what I've gained from yesterday to today, the weight is really piling on me in these few weeks, so much it hurts to walk! I'm so ready! (37 weeks)
ReplyDeletehow fun, I love reading how pregnancy is different for everyone and all the little mile stones!
ReplyDeleteas soon as i went to my anatomy scan she asked.. "do you want to know if it is a boy or girl if we can tell?" i said sure... then she puts the thing on my stomach and all i saw was boy! i said it before she did... "its a boy!" lol. i hope that he or she can keep themselves a secret.
ReplyDeleteJessica- that is what happened with #2! We saw that it was a boy before she even said it! :)
