25 week bumpdate

How far along: 25 weeks

Total weight gain: scale says 16 pounds this morning

Sleep: It's really off and on this week. Some days are good, others are not.

Gender: We are Team Green, So we'll find out in September!

Names: If it were up to me, I'd have a name for this kid already.
But Travis and I (together) have yet to decide on one name for each sex.
But I definitely have a top two on each side.
And once we get it for sure narrowed down we will decide
on a final name once we see the baby... most likely. :)

Stretch marks: No new ones :)

Best moment this week: watching my stomach move around was a lot of fun.
This is one of my favorite things about pregnancy is all the baby movement!

Movement: See above!

Food cravings: Zips tartar sauce and cheeseburgers!
For those of you not in my little area of the world, Zips is a hamburger place
that has super amazing tartar sauce. This is not the first time during this pregnancy
that I've wanted it now, and I doubt it'll be the last. But after I ate my cheeseburger, fries
and tartar sauce, this lady needed a nap! So I went and crashed for a few!

Labor signs:
Not even close.

Belly button - innie or outie: in but it's getting shallower

What are you looking forward to this week: Zach's last day of school is Friday!
Can't wait to have the summer with my boys!

Health: Feeling good! Still having hip pain but I've tried to take time to put my feet up
in an elevated position and that helps for sure. Also, sleeping with my body pillow helps too.

I'm getting to the point where my wedding ring is not going to go on much longer!
I have already been taking it off at night for probably a month because
otherwise, in the morning I can't get it off when I take a shower!

My Dr. appointment is next week and I'm looking forward to that!
I always love to hear the heartbeat and just see what Dr. S has to say next! :)

And... As of today, I have 97 days until my c-section!
I can't believe it! :)

  1. have you tried yoga for the hip pain? i was getting wicked sciatic pain and the only thing that helped was yoga. my midwife also suggested acupuncture but i've been before and not a fan. :)

  2. I really haven't tried anything. I've just complained. ;) But I heard of acupuncture but I don't think I'd be a fan either?
