Cheesy Pesto Pull-Apart Bread

Cheesy Pesto Pull-Apart bread

I found this recipe here, at Jamie Cooks It Up!

And I put it with a casserole and salad when my parents came over for dinner the other night.

Here is what you need to make it!

1 large loaf of unsliced french bread
1 cup of basil pesto
2 cups of shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

And this is how you make it-

Put bread on a tin foil lined cookie sheet, after praying with cooking spray-
Cut the bread the long way into several sections.
then slice it the other direction, so you have 1 inch squares
CAREFUL to not cut all the way through!

Use a butter knife and spread pesto inside loaf of bread, getting in all areas.
Pull slices apart and add mozzarella  and Parmesan cheese down into each crevice.

Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 400 for about 10 minutes. remove foil and
let bread remain in oven until cheese is melted.

This bread was a hit! It was super delicious and I will make it again for sure!
Be sure to check out Jamie's website for pictures (and other recipes) since
I failed (again) to take pictures as I made this bread!
