Weigh in Wednesday on a Monday

You guys, you guys! I can't wait for you to see!

I know I typically do these on Wednesday, but I completed my first session of the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge on Saturday, and I couldn't wait to share my results!

When I started this challenge, as much as I wanted to see results, I really wanted to feel better. And I do. It's amazing what some weight loss and new clothes can do for a girls confidence!

So because I can't wait wait a moment longer, here are the pictures!

So there it is! I have lost 23 pounds and a total of 29 inches!

I am super proud of all I have done! And this journey is far from over! On September 2nd I started another round of the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge and today is day 29, so I am looking forward to the results from this session! I have been sitting between 23 and 24 pounds lost for about 2 weeks so I can't wait to get over this plateau and lose the 39 pounds I have left! I can't wait to get there!

Questions about what I'm doing and how I'm doing it? Just ask! Or you can look back HERE!

  2. You look awesome! Reading your results is so encouraging. I am going to start my diet next week and really want to focus on exercising though its so hard to make time with a baby.

  3. Sara, I know I emailed you but I wanted to say on the record that these exercises I've been doing are totally doable, even with a baby. Sometimes I get my exercise in before my kids get up, or during nap time, or it might not be until they are in bed at night. Sometimes if I'm feeling up for an adventure, I do them while they are watching and my 3 year old is doing them with me! But no matter what time you do them, just do them! You can do it Sara!
