Cinnamon Swirl Bread

I recently came across this amazingly delicious bread on Pinterest. I went crazy and made it right away- mainly because my favorite bread is the Amish Friendship bread. I love eating it but I hate the process of it. Stirring it one day, not touching it another, splitting the batch and then trying to find people to give it away to! So I knew this would be somewhat similar and I happen to have some leftover butter milk on hand that I was hoping to use up instead of it going to waste like it normally does!

This recipe was so simple. It made two loaves and we ate about half of one the first afternoon and I sent the rest with my dad for him to enjoy. Then I froze the second loaf so we could enjoy it again in a couple of weeks!

Cinnamon Swirl Bread

I love, love, love having a stand mixer. It's basically changed my life in the kitchen when I am making treats because I love having my hands free to grab ingredients while my mixer is working away!

After adding half of the mixture to your pans, sprinkle 2/3 of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter.

Then add the rest of the batter, and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar.

Then I used a butter knife to swirl around through the batter.

This Cinnamon Swirl bread was so delicious right out of the over, but it was just as delicious after thawing out from the freezer! It is one that I will make again for my family for sure, as everyone loved it.
