Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

I'm excited to share these BBQ Chicken sandwiches with you after sharing the coleslaw last week! I love BBQ chicken but after putting the coleslaw on them a few weeks ago, they sort of go hand in hand for me now.  I have made these sandwiches a few times with different recipes, but I have to say, this is hands down the best one I have made.

BBQ Pulled Chicken

Originally, I found these over at Uncommon Designs. Liz was sharing them along with her Coleslaw that I shared a few weeks ago! I guess she knows a thing or two about putting pulled chicken and coleslaw together!

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1- 18 ounce bottle Honey Barbecue Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce

  • Slider buns

Put chicken in your crockpot. In a separate bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire. Pour sauce over the chicken and cover with crockpot lid.  Cook 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high. Once the time is done, use two forks to shred the chicken. Put the chicken back into the crockpot cover with sauce and serve on rolls. (I used sliders)

I can't even lie, these are so amazing. I wish I could eat them every single week. However, my pants would hate me and therefor I have only eaten them once since I originally made them. But no joke, I will make these again soon!
