I know I am not the only one that is always looking for ways to make better food choices for myself and my family.
I love a good milk shake, but drinking them regularly just isn't realistic. So I while back I set out on a mission to find some delicious smoothie recipes.

Any smoothie that sounds like a candy bar is a fun choice, right?

After I decided I wanted to make a Peanut Butter Smoothie I headed off to Walmart to pick up a couple of ingredients, starting with Dannon Vanilla Yogurt and Jif Creamy Peanut Butter. Already a winning combination, right? I also grabbed some chocolate almond milk and butterscotch pudding.

Anyone else ever do this?

When I was a little girl my mom would always make a heart in a fresh jar of Jif peanut butter. So naturally, I have always done it too. My kids always love it and want to see the heart before I dig in.

I love Jif Creamy because of all the protein, it's gluten-free, and it is not made with any genetically modified ingredients. Plus I love the creamy texture but still the fresh-roasted peanut taste!
