#RecycleYourPeriodPad with Poise

Last year I shared with you 5 things I learned after becoming a Mom, where I talked a bit about bladder leakage. I know, I know, it's not a topic that everyone wants to discuss, but don't click away just yet! While I know it is not a "fun" topic, it is necessary and it doesn't need to be embarrassing! So lets talk about Poise LBL.

Poise Protection

So you might be asking, What is Light Bladder Leakage (LBL)?

1 in 3 woman experience LBL. It can be caused by pregnancy, childbirth, a weak pelvic floor or even weight gain. It's typically triggered by sneezing, coughing or laughing! Fun right? But those are not the only contributors. Maybe you've recently had surgery, or you have MS, Diabetes, or Parkinson's Disease, or maybe a bladder infection. There are many reasons you could be experiencing LBL.

So now you are probably asking how you should manage LBL- Poise knows that women need options and that is why they created the new Poise Thin-Shape pads that are 40% thinner than the original pads that they made and are made specifically for light bladder leakage. They are made to curve with your body and use a Super Absorbent Material to keep you dry and confident. Poise pads also come in many different quantities so you can find that right ones for you. Maybe you even want to try before you buy? Request a free Poise sample.

So now, what are you going to do with those period pads that you bought for your LBL? #RecycleYourPeriodPads of course! Anyone who is or has breastfed a baby or even had a baby for that matter has probably used nursing pads and even ran out of them at some point. Can't make it to the store right away? Need nursing pads now?  Take a period pad, slap it into your shirt or bra and Ta-Da!
