S'mores Frappuccino

Boy is it hot in my neck of the woods. I live in Eastern Washington and while we are pretty used to the heat and the 90° temperatures that come in the Summers, we don't typically hit 100+ in June! But the past week and a half we have been hitting high 90's or into the 100's every single day. Last weekend we saw 102 on Saturday and 110 on Sunday! You can bet that my family was in the water staying cool!

One of my favorite ways to stay cool is by making delicious treats to drink and ever since Starbucks came out with the S'mores Frappuccino I've drank my fair share. I decided that it was finally time to make them at home and save myself a few dollars!

Copycat S'mores Frappuccino

Do you ever make something that you see on Pinterest and then are disappointed with how it turned out? Well you are not going to be disappointed with this one! I originally spotted it on The Southern Couture but I changed it up just a tiny bit to fit my taste.

And I'm serious that this is drool worthy. It was so good that if I never had another one from Starbucks, it'll be okay because this one is just as good!

  • 1 cup Brewed coffee

  • ¾ cup Milk

  • 2 tbsp Sugar

  • 2 tbsp caramel coffee creamer

  • 2 Graham cracker, crushed

  • 4 cups ice

  • 3 tbsp Marshmallow cream

  • Whipped cream/cool whip

  • Chocolate syrup or hot fudge (the hot fudge makes it more like the real thing, in my opinion!)

Brew your coffee then add it to your blender along with the ice, milk, sugar, coffee creamer and one of the graham crackers.  Blend until ice chunks are smooth.

Mix your marshmallow cream and cool whip together and put half of it into the bottom of your glass. Pour coffee mixture into jars and top with remaining cool whip/marshmallow cream. Sprinkle with crushed graham cracker.
