A favorite recipe:

This is easy. I used to make these all the time, and now less often. But we love them.

Chicken Enchiladas

2 chicken breasts
1 package of taco season
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of Fiesta nacho cheese soup
(I use Campbells, I'm not sure if there is another kind?)
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 package of 8-10 tortillas

Brown chicken in skillet
add taco season with some water, let cook in
Add all three soups, mix together

Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray
then put a little bit of the sauce mixture onto bottom of the pan
Take a tortilla, add a scoop of sauce mixture and dump on some shredded cheese.
Roll up and place into pan. Continue this with all tortilla shells.
Add remaining sauce mix to top of filled tortillas and sprinkle remainder of cheese.

Spray, with cooking spray a piece of tin foil and cover enchiladas.
Cook for 25 minutes at 350*

Enjoy! (I have been eating these since I was a kid- Still love them!)

Something I am looking forward to:

Another one I don't have to think twice about--
I am looking forward to not only my growing belly,
but meeting the sweet little baby that is growing more and more each day!
I cannot wait until 9/17 to know if I am having a boy or girl.

Where have I traveled:
I thought I'd add this third one, because it'll be short!
Sadly, I have yet to travel to the many places I want to go in life!

I have obviously been to Washington State, because, well, I still live here!
I have been to Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, Wyoming,
California, Utah and Colorado.
Yep, that wraps it up! :)
