Silverwood Theme Park

This last week while Travis had taken a couple of days vacation from work,
we headed to Silverwood Theme park for the day.

We planned to be there at 11 when they opened, but their was an
accident on the highway and we didn't get there until almost 12:30!

Once we got there, we headed straight to the water park to cool off!
The day we chose was not terribly hot, but it was about 85 which made for a great
day to be in the pool!

They have two great areas for toddlers- And Tyler loved it so much!
He is such a water baby and I'm glad he enjoys it!
The day before Zach mentioned that we were going to go swimming and
until we were in the water, that was all Tyler talked about-- swimming!

Tyler and Dad ready to play!

Love my family!

Tyler was super fascinated with this fountain

Then he discovered the slides!
I cannot even count how many times Travis and I took him down the slides!

Catching Zach before he headed back to the bigger kid area and slides

A side view of one of the areas. The {huge} bucket on top fills up
and then dumps over on everyone below! The kids all know right where to stand
to get dumped on!

Zachary coming down one of the slides

Zachary coming down one of the huge slides he said he'd never go down!

Travis' turn to make his way down

The big tube is the one they both went down. Zach said he just couldn't do one of the others!

This area they call "toddler springs" and it's a great place for the little ones to run around!
Tyler loved it!

My guys... of course 2/3 are not looking

Tyler having fun at Toddler Springs!

Zachary enjoying the water fountain in Toddler Springs

Dad and Tyler sharing a moment before Tyler runs off again

Tyler loved this little fountain! It was just his size!

Now that we are done playing in the waterpark Tyler crashed!

The "two scoop" Huckleberry ice cream cone I got for us to share. Too bad the boys were on a ride for the first half of this cone! I sure enjoyed it!

Tyler is awake and cheerful!

We really had a great day and I love going to Silverwood. I look forward to heading back next summer!

32 week bumpdate!

How far along: 32 weeks!

Total weight gain: still at 19 pounds this week

Sleep: Not too bad this week. I have just been so tired that I pass out.

Gender: We are Team Green, So we'll find out in September!

Names: They are decided and we'll name the baby when they get here.

Stretch marks: Yep, I have several spots that are adding
onto old stretch marks

Best moment this week: Going to Silverwood to spend the day with my family in the sun
and water. Also getting Zachary officially moved into his bedroom!

Movement: Tons. These movements are really starting to hurt.
This little peanut likes to hit right above my belly button
which seems to be a super sensitive spot.

Food cravings: milk shakes

Labor signs:
Nope, none

Belly button - innie or outie: in

What are you looking forward to this week: Dr. appointment on Wednesday. I can't
believe I am going every two weeks now!

Health: For the most part I'm still feeling good. Mid last week I had a 24 hour- something -where I just felt awful. But have since felt fine. And like I mentioned above, this little peanut is moving in ways that are
super uncomfortable. Peanut is up under my ribs and trying to claw out my left side most times of the day.

Friday Letters

Linking up with Ashley over at Adventures of Newlyweds for another Friday Letters

Photobucket

Dear Friday, thanks for getting here so fast again! It helped that the hubs just had a quick 3 day week. Dear Hubs, I am so thankful for all you do for our family. You work so hard and it was nice to have a day to play and be silly at Silverwood this week. Dear Zachary and Tyler, I love you two soo soo much and I can't wait for your little brother or sister to join us and see how you guys react and do with them. You will both be such great big brothers! Dear Parents, please be careful with my car this weekend as you take it on a little mini vaca. I know you will, but because in a couple of months this will be the only vehicle that can transport our bigger family, I'm nervous. Dear corn on the cob, I love you! Dear Baby in my belly, I love when you have hiccups. This is the first pregnancy that I have felt hiccups and it's too sweet. I am getting so excited to know if you are a boy or girl and to know if I will be using these headbands that I have been making, or the ties that I plan to make. I can't wait to take lots of pictures of your tiny little fingers and toes. Dear Silverwood, Thank you for having so many activities to keep everyone in my family happy and busy. We had so much fun playing in your pool, going down your water slides and riding your rides.... And eating your monstrous huckleberry ice cream cone!

Boy or Girl...

Boy or Girl... Testing out the old wives tales

Since we are not finding out the gender of this little peanut in my belly, I thought it would be fun to try out some of the old wives tales, and come September, see what is correct... I mean, we have a 50/50 chance, right?

1. Sick as a dog during the first trimester -- Signs indicate you're having a girl. Little or no morning sickness points to a boy.  I was sick as a dog in my first trimester.. which according to this means girl... but I was also sick as a dog with both of the boys too! So this one doesn't really help me out.

2. Hang your wedding ring over your belly. If it swings in a circle, a little guy's in your future. If it goes back and forth, you've got a girl. Well, it swing in circles, then would stop and then start going back and forth. Since I know I'm not having twins, this one didn't help!

3.  If you're breaking out like crazy, blame it on your girl babe. The belief goes that girls steal their mother's beauty, hence, those annoying zits. I did have a bit of a break out during first tri, but really nothing since... so I think it was probably just my hormones.

4.  Legend has it that the Mayans determined a baby's sex by looking at the mother's age at conception and the year of conception. If both are even or odd, it's a girl. If one's even and one's odd, it's a boy. Age of conception was 28, year of conception was 2011, so that points to boy.

5.  The ancient method of the Chinese gender calendar uses your age at conception and the month you did the deed to determine gender. According to this calendar, it's a girl. (I hear this has a 90% accuracy)

6.  Craving ice cream every single day? Some people believe this means it's a girl. If you have to have salty or sour stuff, then it's a boy. I'm loving my ice cream these days.... so that means girl

7. What is baby's heartbeat? According to legend, 140+ beats per minute indicates a girl, and below 140 a boy. Baby's heartbeat sits about 138-144 just about every time I go to the Dr. these days. Which doesn't help because it's right on the boarder. But both of my boys sat at 160... so this one really doesn't help me either.

8.  This one you can do just by looking south: if you're carrying high, break out the pink. If your bump is low, you're carrying a boy.  I feel like I carry on the middle to low side just like I did with the boys, but a lot of people tell me I am higher than with Tyler... so again, this doesn't seem to help me!

9.  If a pregnant woman experiences heartburn throughout the 9 months of pregnancy, she’ll have a baby born with a full head of hair. I'm not sure I've had an ounce of heartburn... which I guess means I'll have another baldy baby!

10. If a pregnant woman prefers to lay on her left side, she’s having a boy.  If she prefers resting on her right side, she’s having a girl. I prefer to sleep on my right side, which means girl, according to this. But I prefer to sleep facing the edge of my bed, which right now happens to put me on my right side... so I don't know if that has any substance either....

11. If your skin is dry, you’re said to be having a boy – and if it’s soft, then a girl is on the way. My niece Kaylee says my skin is soft, so that means girl.

12.  If you combine your age at the time of conception with the number of the month you conceived and the resulting number is odd – then it’s a girl on the way. If the resulting number is even, then it’s a boy for you. Even number so that means boy.

13.  If you look in the mirror at your breasts, which one is larger? If it’s the right one, you’re carrying a boy and for a larger left breast, then it’s a girl. My left is bigger, which means girl... but my left has always been bigger... so that doesn't really mean anything!

14.  When you sleep, is your pillow north or south? If it’s north, then expect a boy, or south means a girl is on the way. I sleep with my head to the north, so that means boy. (but I slept with my head south when I was pregnant with Tyler, so I guess he should have been a girl!)

Well.... this really didn't help me at all.... More said girl than boy, but some were just undecided. Guess we'll see in September!
Have you tried any of these? Were they correct for you?

31 week bumpdate!

How far along: 31 weeks!

Total weight gain: up 19 pounds total

Sleep: pretty okay! I have been so tired by the time bedtime is here
that I have been crashing out!

Gender: We are Team Green, So we'll find out in September!

Names: names are picked... but they are a secret until baby gets here!

Stretch marks: I have a couple of small ones that are added to old ones from the boys
but nothing much

Best moment this week: Aside from the pregnancy, Zachary's new bedroom is complete!
Tomorrow I am going to wash the floor and we will be moving him in!

Movement: Yes! So much movement and it's hard kicks. I think the baby has flipped and he/she is head down because I feel like I am getting kicks up in my ribs.

Food cravings:Ugh... I bought a ton of corn on the cob today... It just is soo good that
I can't stop eating it! Also, milkshakes hit me this week and I've had two.
(I went through a milk shake phase with Tyler too!)

Labor signs:
Nope, nothing. Not even Braxton Hicks

Belly button - innie or outie: it's in still

What are you looking forward to this week: Travis has a couple of days off
and we are going to be moving Zachary into his new room, we are heading to Silverwood
(theme park- I'll be hanging out in the water!) and hanging out with a couple of my nieces before
they head home.

Health: My health is good. I had an appointment this last Wednesday and my weight was up
18. 2 pounds total. I'm not swelling, despite the heat. My BP is where it should be so it makes me feel good
and more confident about having another pre-eclampsia free pregnancy! (hoping I'm not jinxing myself here!)

Recommend your book... Take 2!

So a while back I asked about sharing your reading list.... You can see that post here

I was hoping for a big ol' list of books... but I instead got two book recommendations!
They were great recommendations, don't get me wrong! But I need some more books to read,
so show me what you've got!
What have you been reading? What is a book you'd recommend?

I am open to any suggestions... So throw them out there!

Friday Letters

Linking up with Adventures of Newlyweds for another Friday letters.
Last week I skipped because I half forgot, half didn't have anything to say!

Photobucket

Dear Friday, I am glad you are here and I get to have my husband home for 2 extra days! 4 days will still not be enough, but it's a start. Dear Zachary, I am so glad you will be home today. I know you are having a fun time with your cousins, but this mama bear misses you! Dear Tyler, I know I said I wanted you to sleep later later than 6 am, but sleeping until 10 and then not napping doesn't work either. It makes for a very crabby mama and little boy. Please find a happy medium! Dear baby in my belly, their are only about 8 1/2 weeks (or less) until I get to meet you. I can't wait to cuddle you in my arms. Dear basement, one of your rooms will be completed this weekend and you will have a new tenant. I can't wait to not stare at your ugly walls anymore and instead look at an actual room. Dear weather, thank you for finally being nice and warm. I am loving your hot hot hot temperatures! This mornings extremely loud and (incredibly) close thunder was a little scary though and woke up the house!

All you need to know

I'm a day late, but I'm linking up with FromMrstoMama for a blogger 411--

1. How long have you been blogging? And what got you started on blogging? Has your blog changed?
I started blogging in June of 2010 while I was pregnant with Tyler. I wanted to blog to share everything that was going on with out family. Since I don't think any of them read this, I started writing for myself and to share with others who were maybe going through the same things I was. My blog has changed in many ways. Not only did the content change a little, but it got a new name and look last year.

2. Did you go to college? If so where, and what did you study?
I went to community college for 2 quarters then took a bank teller course. After that I started working at a credit union. I did get my certificate for Wedding Planning, but I've never done anything with it.

3. Where have you traveled?
Not to near as many places as I'd like to! I live in Washington state, and I've been to just about everywhere here, then to Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, California and Oregon.

4. If you won the lottery, what would be the first thing you would buy?
I have no idea! Maybe a new car, or a cabin on a lake somewhere...

5. What are your 3 biggest pet peeves?
Bad drivers, parents who are not paying attention to their kids, mosquito bites

6. What is your favorite movie?
Amelie... It's french and has subtitles... but it's fantastic! Check it out!

7. What is your drink of choice; wine, beer, or liquor. Or Water, Soda, Tea?
Probably water or soda first. (Coke, Vanilla Coke, Dr. Pepper, Mt. Dew... any work) then coffee drinks.
I really don't drink alcohol. I could tell you the last time I did was August of 2011. I had gone to Seattle for my SIL's bachelorette party. (Since I was still breastfeeding Tyler I didn't drink much because I didn't want to dump too much... That stuff is precious!)

8. What is something you enjoy to do when you have me time?
I love to read, Scrapbook and lately, working on random crafts that I never have time for

9. If you could have a $10,000 shopping spree to one store, which store would it be?
Target. I didn't even have to think hard about that one! They have everything!

10. Share with us an embarrassing moment of your past? Or present.
I feel like I have too many! The one I thought of immediately was when I was in high school I took football stats for the Varsity football team. I would stand down on the field and count how many yards the guys ran the ball. One rainy game, the ball was thrown, I was too busy counting yards to realize the ball was coming straight at me, as were a group of guys running for the ball. Someone yelled for me to move but when I turned around to check what was behind me there was a huge puddle.... no sooner had I seen the puddle was I in it with a football player on top of me. It was a home game, stands filled.... and I was covered in mud.

11. What day would you love to relive again?
The day Travis and I got married. It was such a great day and it went by way too fast!

12. If your life was turned into a movie... what actor would play you?
Not because of any similarities, but because I love her... Julia Roberts... She is amazing.

13. What are the jobs you had in high school/college/the early years?
I haven't worked at that many places... So here is goes: My first job was Arby's. 2nd: Linens N Things, home daycare, Linens N Things (again) credit union #1, credit union #2, now I stay at home.

14. Show us a picture from high school or college.

15. If you could travel anywhere in the world, all expenses paid, where would you go?
Paris. It's my number one, go to place. If I could only go one place ever again... This is where I'd go.

16. Show us the most current picture of you or you, or your family, or anything of meaning to you.

17. Where do you see your life 5 years from now?
5 years from now I see myself with a 15 year old, a 6 and 5 year old. Happy with my hubs. Happy raising my family.

The many uses of Ivory

Ivory soap is not just for washing your body! Did you know their are many things to use Ivory for?

Not only is it a face and body wash, but you can remove stains from clothes, use it as a carving project or even for your laundry soap! But what I did was blew mine up!

I found an experiment on another site for blowing up a bar of Ivory. Weird, right?
Well, when you have a 10 year old boy, it's exciting!

When I received this bar of Ivory soap from Influenster, I will be honest, I wasn't sure what I was going to do with it! It's a little overpowering for my pregnant senses these days but I quickly remembered the project I had found about blowing up a bar of Ivory!

Here is what you do- Cut a bar of Ivory soap in half, and put it on a microwave safe plate. (I just used a paper plate) Put it on for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Within about 15 seconds it starts to expand! And at the end of the minute and a half it took over my paper plate!

Crazy, right? We thought it was pretty cool! And we saved the other half to blow up when dad got home!

I like Ivory because it's probably the cheapest soaps out there and has so many uses! Go pick up a bar today for your cleaning (or blowing things up) needs!

Want more details on Ivory soap? Check them out here!

Disclaimer: I received this bar of soap from Influenster complimentary for testing purposes.

30 week bumpdate!

How far along: 30 weeks! (seriously... how did I get here so fast?)
9 weeks until c-section day!

Total weight gain: 18 pounds

Sleep: It's pretty good once I fall asleep. I do wake up during the night
but usually fall right back to sleep. Though this is the first week that I've actually
had to get up during the night to go to the bathroom.

Gender: We are Team Green, So we'll find out in September!

Names: They are picked.... but you'll find out in September!

Stretch marks: Ya, I have a couple spots that are growing off of
other stretch marks. So far not too bad!

Best moment this week: Seeing my sister and her sweet kiddos!
Getting the trim painted and up in Zachary's room
Hearing Tyler call Zachary, "Zachy" (since I call him ZachyBug
this melted my heart!)

Movement: Yes, this peanut is all over the place
and I finally felt hiccups for my first time ever!
As far as I know, I never felt them with Zachary or Tyler.

Food cravings: nothing that I can think of... I didn't eat corn on the cob once

Labor signs: Nope, nothing. :)

Belly button - innie or outie: in

What are you looking forward to this week: I have a Dr. appointment this week
and then I start going every 2 weeks! Also, this next weekend we should be moving
Zachary into his new bedroom, and I am super excited for that to finally happen!

Health: Feeling good. I actually have the most energy that I've had my entire pregnancy.
Though I do get tired quickly.

What we've been up to

The heat is really in full force in my neck of the woods and I am soaking up as much of it as I can!

But we've also been spending a lot of time inside, staying cool, as well.

A morning at the park before it got too hot to be there!

Dad and Tyler having some cuddle time! Tyler wanted to be a copy cat and lay like dad!

Another copy cat moment!

Tyler hanging out on his potty chair~ a great place to sit and brush his teeth!

Love these two like crazy! Hanging out, cuddling on the couch!

Travis has also been working like a mad man to finish Zachary's new bedroom. We painted last weekend
and hopefully this weekend we will get the trim painted and up, doors stained and then maybe start moving some stuff in... We'll see! Also, my sister and her family will be in town and so it's time for a BBQ, sunshine and smores!

What I've learned about blogging

When I started blogging, I think I was like a lot of people. Just looking for a place to write, say what I want to say, document my family growth, etc. After a year and a half of blogging I started thinking about "expanding" and looking to reach out to others, maybe do a review here or there, share things I'm making.

Along the way I have learned a lot from other bloggers. Especially in the last 6 months. But I am still learning and will continue to learn for as long as I blog.

Here are some of the things I've learned (Keep in mind, this is only my opinion!)

-Turn off Captcha Verification!
Have you ever commented on a page then gotten to captcha and just about walked away without publishing your comment? I feel like this every time! I will admit, when I first started blogging I used captcha.... until I started regularly commenting on other bloggers pages, and realized how annoying it was! I turned it off immediately. I didn't want spam getting on my page, so I instead have the comment moderator on so that I have to read the comment before it shows up on my page. I get so few spam comments anyway and I like to know when a new comment in posted so I can reply. Which leads me to my next topic....

-noreply-comment
For a while I would try to keep up with my comments on the page where the comment took place- until I started having my comments emailed to me! Now I love being able to respond to people via email! Mainly because how often do you go back to the page to check if the blogger responded to you? I try, but usually fail at going back to look!  But sometimes bloggers don't have their email set up and you are not able to reply. Plug in your email so that I can email you back when you comment on my page.

-Music
Just.Don't. But if you insist on having music on your page, at least make it so that it doesn't auto play. Nothing drives me more crazy than when I go to a blog and music starts blaring because I forgot to turn the speaker off after I've watched a clip of something else. If I go to your page and music starts blaring, I will typically just close out.

-Page views counters
I think page views are great for our own viewing, but I'm over showing them off. I sort of feel it's like withdrawing your paycheck and saying, "Look how much I've got!"

-Ads/giveaways/reviews/sponsor begs
I think all of these are great as long as they are not overdone! I love reviews because they can be really helpful, and I am excited to be getting to do some reviews of my own. But if you constantly do reviews, and your niche is a "mom blog", I might start to skip over them. And if you are constantly asking for sponsors, I will keep on going.
I also try to steer clear of bloggers who say, "follow me and I'll follow you". Again, I have said this in the past, but now that I am more into blogging, I'd rather have readers who actually read my blog, instead of just adding to my follower count.

-Too busy blogs
If you have so many ads, sponsors, clutter, etc. on your page that I can't even find your post- then it's a problem!

-Unreadable fonts
I've debated over my own font since I changed my page almost a year and a half ago. I love this font but the exclamation point looks like an "l" or "1"... {{{ See !!! }}}  Just because you can read it, doesn't mean that everyone else can!

Well.... That's that! Like I said, these are just my views and thoughts about what I've seen since I started blogging.

So what do you think? What drives you crazy when it comes to blogging?

29 week bumpdate!

How far along: 29 weeks people! Ten weeks from today I will be holding my
sweet little boy or girl!

Total weight gain: 18 pounds... so that's down 2 pounds from last week

Sleep: Once I fall asleep it's not terrible...
But my lower back hurts so bad that I wake up just from turning over.

Gender: We are Team Green, So we'll find out in September!

Names: I am set on 2 names. Travis however, cannot commit so he
is still saying we don't have it narrowed down for certain...
but really, we do! :) (At least, I do!)

Stretch marks:  Ya, those little spots I mentioned last week have grown a tiny amount.
So this baby is adding stripes to their mama tiger! :)

Best moment this week: Besides seeing Channing Tatum bare just about all.... and getting
my Kindle.... Summer has arrived in my neck of the woods... Finally, right? It's only July!
Today we should be hitting about 100 and I am excited! I look forward to sneaking outside for a
few minutes while Tyler is napping to get a little sun!

Movement: I love this point in pregnancy when your entire stomach starts
going lopsided because of baby's movements! This baby is entirely up under my ribs,
and some part of them likes to poke out just to the right of my belly button.

Food cravings: Corn on the cob, corn on the cob and more corn on the cob!
I feel like I could eat it for every meal!

Labor signs:
Nope, nothing. Not even Braxton Hicks.

Belly button - innie or outie: in

What are you looking forward to this week: Hanging out in the sunshine!
Seeing my sister and her family this coming weekend!

Health: I am feeling good! I really have no complaints!
I actually tried on my wedding ring yesterday and could put it on!
I didn't keep it on for fear that my swelling would come back but considering last week
I couldn't get it over my knuckle, I was happy that the swelling has gone down!

I never heard back on my glucose test... so I'm guessing I passed!
I go back to the Dr. on 7/18 then after that it will be every two weeks!
Love, love, love how fast these weeks are going!

Friday letters

Dear weekend, I have been waiting for these hot temperatures for so long. I can't wait to enjoy the 90's you bring! Dear Channing Tatum, I look forward to watching you for 2 hours tomorrow. I will make sure to bring my tissue... to wipe up my drool. Dear Zachary, thank you for giving in and letting me cut your hair last night. You look like my handsome boy again and not just a long, dirty haired boy. Dear Tyler, I would love if you would go back to sleeping in in the mornings. 6:30 is just too early for this mama. Dear baby in my belly, your kicks never get tiring to me, so keep on kicking. Plus, you make me nervous when I don't feel you for a little while. Dear leg hair, I would love it if you would stop growing. Or at least slow down. You are getting harder to reach and I am thinking of forgetting about you all together. Dear husband, thank you so much for working so hard to get Zachary's bedroom done. I appreciate everything you do.

Food Friday~ Caramel Frappuccino

Repost from 2011 when I had approx. 8 followers. :)
Thought I'd re share! For realz... try this. It's good!

I found this recipe on another Mommy blog and I have been making it ever since. It is delicious! It's not Starbucks, but not much different and beats paying $4-5 for each drink! (I even use a SBs cup!)

Here is how you can make one too!

First I made a pot of coffee. Make it a little stronger than normal. Then what I did is dump the coffee into ice cube trays and freeze them. Once they are frozen I put them in a freezer bag so I could make more cubes because I only had one spare tray.

I put 4 coffee ice cubes into a blender
Then I dump in 6 (regular) ice cubes
2 Tbs. of sugar
3 Tbs of Caramel syrup
1/2 cup Milk (I used non fat)
1/2 cup of cream (I used half and half)

Blend until ice chunks are gone

Put into your cup and top with whipping cream and caramel sauce!

Enjoy! This drink is really delicious!

How we celebrated the 4th of July

Hello everybody!
Hope you all had a great 4th of July and were able to celebrate somehow!

The boys and I had a pretty relaxing day full of puzzles,
reading and playing outside.
The hubs however spent a portion of the day sanding his mud job in Zachary's new room!
But that part is done and we are looking forward to doing the trim and hopefully
painting this coming weekend!

Luckily during the afternoon he got in a little relaxing with us before we
fired up the BBQ for some dinner.
I am so obsessed with corn on the cob right now.
I always love it, but this pregnancy has brought out the
corn lover in me and we are eating it every couple of days!

Since in our county we are not allowed to shoot off our own fireworks,
we have to go somewhere to watch them.
I miss the days of setting off our own, but I don't mind going to watch
our city lights instead!

Last year Tyler was only 8 months old and he was crashed out
and missed the show- so I was excited to see what he was going to think!

I actually **love** this picture of us, despite it being blurry!
I rarely get a decent picture of all four of us.

Tyler waiting for fireworks to start!

 Zachy Bug and Mama!

The show has started and they are interested!

 I think Tyler likes it!

Tyler was too interested in the fireworks to get a picture with dad!

We got stuck behind an accident of some sort and didn't get home until
after 11 pm, but it was a super great day!

Happy 4th of July everyone!
Home of the free because of the brave!

28 week bumpdate!

How far along: 28 weeks!

Total weight gain: scale is telling me 20 pounds this morning

Sleep: sleeping as well as I can with a basketball under my shirt... aka.... not good.
Once I get to sleep it's not terrible. It's getting to sleep that is not good.

Gender: We are Team Green, So we'll find out in September!

Names: I think our baby has a name. Or two actually.
For now we officially have a name for a boy and a girl.
We'll see if they stick around!

Stretch marks: I have a couple of spots at the tops of old stretch marks that look
ready to grow... but we'll see!

Best moment this week: I have been talking to Tyler a lot about what is in Mama's belly.
He will rub my belly and say, "oh baby". It really melts my heart.
Also I have been teaching our two names to Tyler and it's so cute to hear him say them.
When I ask Tyler if he is going to have a brother or a sister, he will say, "sister" every time!
(Maybe he just likes that word better?)

Movement: Lots and lots of somersaults!

Food cravings: corn on the cob, Cesar salad, peanut butter cookies, bananas

Labor signs:
Not even close.

Belly button - innie or outie: in

What are you looking forward to this week: 4th of July!
Hopefully we can find somewhere good to watch fireworks!

Health: Really feeling pretty well over all. This week I had a hard time drinking water because
we have soda in the house! I need to stay away and keep chugging water!
I can still see my ankle bones, but my feet are swelling and I know it has to do with my
water intake this week.

My maternity jeans are getting snug. As in, too tight for comfort.
If summer doesn't kick in so I can wear shorts more,
I'm going to have to start wearing my jeans from Tyler that are too big.

New Jammies

Last night I busted out some jammies for Tyler
that have been in the closet since just after he was born!

A friend gave us these and they were size 2T, so they've just been waiting to get used!
Last night I showed these to Tyler and his eyes lit up.
He knows very little about dinosaurs,
and we just have one book about them, but he "reads" it over and over.
As soon as he saw these he roared at them!

I took that as excitement!

You tell me what you think:

This is his expression when he showed daddy his jammies!
